We charge a flat shipping and handling fee of 10.00. Shipping is by Priority Mail.  Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process regular orders, and 5 to 10 business days to process custom orders. Please note, we will do our very best to speed up processing times.  These business days do not include weekends, holidays or custom clearance delays.




If you would like a refund please contact us within 5 days of the arrival of your purchase, and we will issue you a refund once we have received the returned item. Shipping will not be refunded.

We must receive the item in the original packaging and the item must be in the condition it was shipped in. Item must not have been worn and be in mint condition.

Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping for refunds, exchanges or repairs will be at the cost of the customer.


We will fix or exchange any broken items up to 15 days from the date the jewelry arrived.


No refunds or exchanges on custom orders, including custom stamps and custom ring sizes.


Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges for:

All pieces are designed for wear and tear, but over abuse will take years off their life


Each piece is made by hand and imperfections are what makes them individual


The dark jewelry patina added to some of the pieces is designed to fade with wear, so each piece becomes a story. Polishing cloths and cleaning solutions can remove the finish, so be careful using them.


Salt water/chemicals/perfumes/ can be damaging, so it's best to avoid
